Surface Preparation
Each wheel undergoes light sanding to ensure a perfectly smooth surface. This step is crucial for creating a consistent foundation that allows the powder coat to adhere seamlessly.

Single-Stage Powder Coating
The wheel is then coated in a premium single-stage powder coat. This process creates a rich, solid color that’s both durable and vibrant, providing a long-lasting finish that resists wear and tear.

Clear Coat Finishing
To seal and protect the color, we apply a clear coat in your choice of finish:
Gloss Clear: For a high-shine, reflective look that enhances the color’s depth and vibrancy.
Satin Clear: For a more understated, smooth finish with a modern, muted sheen.

Unlike standard coatings, our premium finishes require a multi-step preparation process to ensure perfection in every wheel. From the moment the raw wheel is forged, our skilled artisans begin the intricate work that defines ForgedLite quality.
Each wheel undergoes one or more of the following processes, depending on the finish you choose.

Hand Polishing
Our craftsmen carefully polish every surface by hand, creating a mirror-like shine that enhances the wheel’s contours and design.

tumble Polishing
Using advanced tumbling techniques, the wheels are smoothed and polished to achieve a flawless surface, ideal for a uniform and sleek look.

Hand Brushing
For a distinctive texture, each wheel is hand-brushed to perfection, adding a unique depth and character to the finish.
Once the surface preparation is complete, the wheels are powder-coated with a translucent finish.
This layer not only adds vibrant color but also preserves the craftsmanship underneath, creating a dynamic visual effect that shifts with light and perspective.
